  • Stefanie played the cowbell and tamborine.
  • Marco Accattatis played a 5-string Alembic Epic bass guitar on this CD
  • Samples on this track were further manipulated from the originals.
  • The keyboard track, played by Stefanie, was recycled from the original rough recording of the song, created when Stefanie was first writing it.
  • Jack Gourdine played a 1970's white Pearl Ludwig kit with a 14" birch Pearl snare and the following cymbals: old Avedis Zildjian 20" heavy ride; old 16" A. Zildjian crash; old 16" Zilco riveted ride; 20" K Jazz ride, 16" Custom A crash; 10" Custom A splash, 16" Wuhan China Doll

  • Pamela West makes her own bassoon reeds reeds - her bassoon is a Moennig Professional Philharmonic with googly eyes named "Einstein"

8. Stay Where You Are: Stefanie Seskin - vocals, flute; Lloyd Nilsen - piano; Marco Accattatis - bass; Jack Gourdine - drums; Joel Hirsch - percussion; Pamela Fleming - fluglehorn; Jenny Hill - tenor sax; Rob Susman - trombone

  • Lloyd Nilsen used his own keyboard at his home studio and recorded midi piano parts while playing along with an MP3 of the track. He had not heard the horns, and the horns didn't hear his part when either arranging or recording. Lloyd emailed Stefanie the midi file of his playing, and Stefanie mixed it with the horns and the rest of the track. Fortunately, the arrangments worked together. The piano patch used is through the VSampler VXi2, a Vintage Upright piano sound from an unknown sample library
  • Pamela Fleming's fluglehorn is a Benge
  • Joel Hirsch plays all the shakers on this track (no samples)

9. No Such Thing: Stefanie Seskin - lead & backing vocals, flute; Terrence B. & Paul Munoz - backing vocals; Luca Tozzi - guitar; Marco Accattatis - bass, backing vocals, keyboards; Luca Santaniello - drums; Joel Hirsch - percussion

  • Marco Accattatis created the keyboard part using midi; the keyboards were recycled from the original recording of the song, when it was being written

10. Be Like You: Stefanie Seskin - lead & backing vocals, flute; Luca Tozzi - guitar; Kim Preston - keyboards; Marco Accattatis - bass; Luca Santaniello - drums

  • At least 6 years ago, Kim Preston, who was the keyboard player of blue number, played a midi keyboard track of this song into Stefanie's computer. Stefanie recycled these tracks to add dimension to this song.
